Experience Our Integrative Approach
A World of Wellness
The foundation of any fulfilling lifestyle is wellness, both mental and physical—after all, it’s what gives you the energy and drive to pursue what matters most. Our unique 360 Well approach brings all aspects of wellness together, with amenities that include a fitness center and personal training, the award-winning Watermark University to help keep your mind sharp, and even a signature salon and spa right on site.

Moving Well
There’s something for every body at Vitality Fitness Center, from ellipticals and weight machines to personal training and space for yoga, Pilates, and other mindful pursuits. Ideal for maintaining an active lifestyle, our programming focuses on a variety of goals, such as building strength, increasing range of motion, boosting energy, and more.

Living Well
Renew Wellness Center is a space to enhance your knowledge and maintain your well-being. Offering access to private consultations with visiting professionals such as physical therapists and clinicians, our community also hosts a variety of interactive workshops on health-related topics such as the importance of sleep, improving your nutrition, and more.

Looking and Feeling Well
Indulge, our on-site salon and spa, makes it easy for residents to not only treat themselves but practice the self-care that is essential to health and wellness. It’s possible to take a full spa day and savor a signature massage or body treatment—and then head to the salon for a cut, color, or style. “All of the above” is always an option, perhaps with a manicure or pedicure. Because part of feeling great is looking great, too.

Thinking Well
Mental and emotional well-being play key roles in the ability of any individual to thrive, and our holistic approach includes a variety of offerings that enrich the mind. From a Watermark University course to a fun excursion through our Extraordinary Outings program, or even an out-of-this-world virtual reality experience, here residents have plenty of opportunities for growth.
